Off Season Workouts

It’s that time again! We will start our off season program tomorrow, Monday 10/7 @4pm. All of you should bring gear to be on the field, in the weight room and batting cages. Show up ready to get better and stronger.

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
4pm-7pm

If you are playing a fall sport, awesome. Stay focused on your season and we will season after your season ends.
